a City of Knoxville Firefighter for 32 years and
after retiring I started this business. My main
focus is providing great customer satisfaction in
meeting your needs. As the owner I have the
responsibility to my customers to be competent,
truthful and honest. This honesty has led to my
loyal customer base. Your satisfaction is the most
important aspect of my business. I strive to
